Community Tea

Every half term, it is our pleasure to host a Community Tea for the senior residents of the village where we serve cups of tea, sandwiches and cakes in our school hall. Some of our children help to serve the refreshments and there is always a little musical entertainment from one of the classes or the school choir.
The Community Tea is free of charge and our way of showing that we care for and value the senior residents of Halton. We usually have around 24 guests and it is a great opportunity for them to get to know some of the children and vice versa.
If you know of anyone (over 60) who might like to come along, meet up with others and hear what’s going on in school, please feel free to invite them – we would love to see them!
